Your child’s class teacher will inform you of individual P.E. sessions. The school P.E. kits are as follows:
Indoor:
Navy or black shorts, white T-shirt (exposing elbow and knee joints).and plimsoles (no fashion footwear)
Outdoor:
Navy or black shorts, white T-shirt and sports trainers (no fashion footwear); sweatshirt and jogging bottoms or tracksuit.
In line with Trust policy and for safety reasons, children will be asked to remove watches and ear-studs. We will contact parents/carers to ask them to come into school and remove them if a child refuses to do so or is unable to. Children who cannot remove ear-studs will not be able to take part in PE.
All long hair should be tied back before the lesson.
It is advisable not to wear rigid plastic or metal hair bands on P.E. days, with a preference for fabric hair bands.
Please be reminded that if you are excusing your child from P.E. you will need to send a written note in to the Class teacher explaining the reasons why.
