POSH visit 2nd October 2019:

Peterborough United Football Club visited Thomas Eaton. Over the past 12 months they have been conducting school assemblies across the region with a difference.

As part of their 12-minute assembly, they gave away FREE tickets for a forthcoming Peterborough United game to all of the pupils (and teachers) which allows an adult to watch free of charge.

They brought along their hugely popular mascot Peter Burrow, played a short DVD of goals and created a fun, interactive and enjoyable assembly for the children.

The fixtures that the ticket is valid for are;

Wednesday 23rd October v Accrington Stanley (7.45pm) at the Weston Homes Stadium.

Saturday 23rd November v Burton Albion (3pm) at the Weston Homes Stadium.

The tickets will be in the Motorpoint Stand at the Weston Homes Stadium. To claim your free tickets, please call the ticket office on 01733 865674 (open Mon-Fri, 9am until 5pm and on Saturdays from 10am) and click option two or go to the website as per the ticket.

If you are following the instructions given on the ticket handed out, it is imperative that you follow the instructions completely. This includes those parents/supporters who may already have an account with the football club. Without following the five steps listed on the ticket, you will not be able to see the FREE schools ticket on

If you have any queries, want to know more or you are having any issues online, please email with the name of the school and we can help you.

Enjoy the match!

Doodle Bug

On Friday 20th September Ian Brealey visited our school to lead each class in a doodling session which helps promote resilience and help children to adopt a growth mindset. At 2.30pm we invited the parents in to share his doodles with them.

Please see below a lovely letter we received from Mr Brealey after his visit.
